My priority is giving you delicious memorable food for your special day. My unique menu focuses on fresh locally sourced ingredients, which are handmade into tasty vibrant dishes. You can add a theatrical element with my whole spit roast pig or lamb lovingly slow cooked over charcoal for many hours giving melt in the mouth flavour. I give personalised care and service in the lead up to your day with menu guidance and design using my menu options and packages, and on the day my team and I make sure the service is smooth flowing.

I can cater for pre wedding, wedding and post wedding day events and also provide options for dietary requirements.

Menu Tastings are available at a supplementary fee between October and April located in our French Village Saint Antonin Noble Val in the Tarn et Garonne.

A set tasting menu will have the options you are wanting to try.

Looking for a true French experience or honeymoon? Or need to stay somewhere in the lead up to your event for visits to buy wines/venue/hair and makeup trials etc? We have a lux gite here in our French village in Southwest France and provide guests of up to 4 ( two couples) a full house to rent with a private dining experience of either a Lebanese Mezze, a cheese and or charcuterie board or a French inspired meal delivered to the house. We can create custom packages including provision of table settings, and drink packages.
Wedding cake cutting and serving are available as well as extra wait/drink staff as a selected add-on to your package.
