On-the-Day Wedding Coordination
You've planned the wedding. Now let someone else take care of it.
Our On-the-Day Coordination service is designed for couples who have organised their own wedding but want someone else to be responsible for running it when the day arrives. Leaving them, family and loved ones to enjoy the day.
I come on board two weeks before your wedding to go through your plans, confirm the final details, liaise with suppliers and make sure everything is tied up and ready to go.
On the wedding day, I will be there in person for 12 hours, coordinating with your venue and suppliers, overseeing the timeline and dealing with the practical details behind the scenes.
You can relax, be present with your guests and enjoy the wedding you've spent so long planning.
Additional Support
Sometimes, even the most organised couples need a little extra help before the final coordination week.
If, as an on the day co-ordination client, you need additional planning time in the months or weeks leading up to your wedding — perhaps sourcing a supplier, booking a cake, finding a solution to a problem, helping with logistics or dealing with an unexpected detail — additional planning hours are available at an hourly rate.
Likewise, if you require more than the included 12 hours of on-the-day coordination, additional hours can be added at an hourly rate.
This gives you the reassurance of having an experienced person to turn to when you need extra help, while keeping the on the day co-ordination service focused on coordination rather than full wedding planning.
On-the-Day Wedding Coordination
My experience comes from being immersed in weddings for decades. I've worked alongside couples, venues, planners, florists, caterers and other wedding professionals across France and beyond. I've also worked as a stylist and creative director on photoshoots, as well as planning and designing weddings and elopements from the ground up.
I understand how all the moving parts of a wedding fit together — and what can make the difference between a day that feels stressful and one that flows effortlessly.
